SNS-595 works by interrupting the replication of the cancer cell, causing the cell to die. SNS-595 has been studied in ovarian cancer and Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). Ovarian cancer is being studied in Phase 2, and AML is currently in Phase 1.
